反向電流可能會(huì)打開慢速 本征（寄生）MOSFET二極管以未定義的方式出現(xiàn)，并可能導(dǎo)致 災(zāi)難性的開關(guān)故障，尤其是在關(guān)斷階段 與高關(guān)斷電流相結(jié)合。因此，建議 始終將MOSFET開關(guān)與快速續(xù)流二極管網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合 （快速串行阻斷二極管 + 并聯(lián)快速續(xù)流二極管），當(dāng) 感性負(fù)載或高感性接線連接到開關(guān)。
