If you mountain bike or road cycle, odds are you struggle like many of us to perform a proper warmup and cool-down OFF THE BIKE.  These simple moves will help you feel better when riding and recover faster when done.  Remember, if done correctly the only thing that should burn during a ride are your legs and your lungs.  That is…if you are riding like an e3 Athlete.
