e3 Fitness provides a lifestyle-focused approach to fitness programming, so we’re excited to launch our first retreat to put our hard work into practice in southern Baja! We’ll kayak the seas, workout beachside, surf, hike the cliffs, surf, swim with sea lions, eat local fruits, and toast under the stars – some of the most magnificent adventures Baja has to offer!

Fitness at e3 means lifestyle, change, focus, and impact. It means creating an environment where we can flex our muscles with purpose. The e3 Community operates this way. While we drive to accomplish our personal goals with gusto, we see our peers accomplish their goals with that same fervor. Working in a group-format strengthens this bond.

When the gym itself becomes too small for this energy, we take our passion on the road. Supporting local charities, sponsoring races and fitness events, and affecting change in the lives of our members and their communities gives e3 its pulse. e3 aims to expand abilities, understanding, and success in fitness for each member, new and veteran.

Emily Troxler is an emerging leader in the field of fitness, transformational work, mindfulness, and self-love. Emily is a NASM certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist as well as a self-love advocate.

Emily’s approach is simple, you must train your mind alongside your body. What good is a healthy body if your mind is out of whack? She focuses on strength training to get you the body you’ve always wanted and mindfulness in order to achieve confidence like you’ve never felt before.
